for the 'brass' lead, try Uno 62 (free) or the Synthix from XILS Lab (for money, but worth it.)
for the slap-bass sounding thing, maybe the SQ8L(free)
and the little formant-ish vox synth sound... hmmm... maybe The Deputy ? (free) It's got some nice vocal sounding possibilities.
You may have more luck with rompler type things, or maybe Wusikstation, but try the free ones first just in case

No modern synths can reproduce the sheer awesomeness of that track! I think you're going to have to break out some shoulder pads, a perm kit and build a time machine if you want to recreate that level of authenticity.
Just kidding...
The Arturia & KORG synths would be a good place to start. I'm not sure but those may be some Linn drums.

every synthesizer can produce those. you must mean where can you find presets that include all eq and effects already set up?
90% of those sounds are the chorus and other effects. you can't get any more basic than those.

Yea it's definitely a great recreation of that sound from then.

Yes, virtually any synth with decent filters can create similar sounds - it's all in the wrist action!

Thanks guys. My preset designing skills are pretty basic. I can make bass and simple pad and pluck sounds but I have no idea how to create fake 80's style brass sounds. So the reason I asked what synth can re-create this specific brass sound was because I was just going to find a preset and learn how to tweak and make my own from there. There's almost too many tutorials out there for creating EDM type sounds but not many for other genres.
