Support form issue? Licenses not associated with account.

I sent an email via the website support form at the weekend, but Ive not heard anything back, not even a confirmation. Would I be better off emailing you directly?
Basicakky none of the licenses I'd bought prior to the set up of the user account system are associated with my account; Ive bought all the plugins bought prior to the new (-ish, admittedly, since it seems to date to late 2014) user account system, but none of them show; I only realised when I purchased 'Plate.
