Engine_2.5.0.73_win.zip invalid file error

I am getting an error stating that, "Windows cannot open the folder. The Compressed folder '<path>' is invalid."

I have downloaded the file multiple times and I get this error each time.

Does anyone know how or where to get the valid file?

Win 7, 64 bit
Engine 2.3.0.25
