Actual state of the T10?

Tracktion 7 has been lying on my HDD several years without me even touching it. I decided give it a try. I was shocked, how amazing DAW it actually was. Now I'm testing the T10. The initial awe was followed by a huge disappointment. Shortly I have encountered the two main problems.
1. missing first notes of the looped midi pattern with some VST's
2. PDC is not working as expected
Both issues have been there for years (as I found here) and they're still not fixed.
I wonder if there is a chance they will disappear any soon. I don't know any other major DAW which is not delay compensated. The demo of T10 will expire in few weeks and I still don't know if I will buy a license.
I don't know where is the problem. Do you know MuTool's MuLab? It takes the concept of the modular DAW even further. You can have VSTs inside modular racks inside modular racks and so on. In fact, one could produce the whole album just inside one monster-rack with a single stereo out. And the whole beast would be PDC'd (Perfectly Delay Compensated). Why it's not possible in T10 as well?
I fell in love with Waveform so I strongly hope we can expect some good news. Thank you, Stepaan.

#1 might be fixed in the latest beta according to a post one of the developers made this morning: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=487985

latency solution in a network graph;
it's a math task with a lot of complexity, that has not been done thoroughly so far.
T7 did a good job, but perhaps ran into problems in the waveform transition, that had to add some workflow features.
some virtualized/fractal paradigms have to be completed, before this can work. independence and orthogonality among particular basic functionalities.
it's a lot about the required attributes and ID management structures around _the_ plugin as such, the need to have virtualized, "theoretic" plugins do actual tasks like to emulate negative latency, and also have declarative roles to shape the net, probably an iterative strategy also. that would be the "executive" side to the math.
(would be my 2 cents)
but I believe the developers are on the way already.

Edited to clarify the where my quote is from and what's it's referring to.
This is from the "Hosts & Applications (Sequencers, DAWs, Audio Editors, etc.)" forum here at KVR. The thread is about MuLab8 and it's time stretching. I asked about MuLab8's automatic plugin delay compensation. I had looked into it a couple years ago and saw that PDC wasn't available but was curious if v8 had added it.

I contacted the dev recently and he said it's not on the horizon, which is disappointing.Steve Bolivar wrote: Wed Apr 17, 2019 11:24 pm Off topic to the time stretch but does MuLab have automatic plugin delay compensation?

I'm going to take the opportunity, to avoid confusion or people being misled by the quote in the post above, to point out that the dev mentioned as being contacted is NOT the Tracktion/Wavefrom developers, but the ones for MuLab, and the quote is from another forum.

[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

My apologies then. Maybe I just didn't test it with a project complex enough to let the latency fully appear.
But on the other note. I!m still missing the first notes of the looped MIDI clip (for example with PG-8X https://sites.google.com/site/mlvst0). Even on 10.1.4 beta.
