You have a L/R knob on the right-hand side of the Sampler, but that's a simple L/R balancing. If you want 'proper' stereo control, just drop Dual Pan device in Sampler's FX Slot.

Sorry, I didn't explain what I'm looking for very well. I'm expecting to see a panning parameter in the inspector when I select one or samples in the mapping editor. Another possibility would be to create a group in the mapping editor and have a panning parameter for the group. Neither of these appear to be possible.

There are 3 group modulators... P1, P2 and P3bigbot wrote: ↑Wed Jan 22, 2020 2:07 am Sorry, I didn't explain what I'm looking for very well. Each of those can separately modulate the pan parameter.

I wrote to Bitwig Support about the problem of stereo SF2 files, and I sent them examples. This is the answer from them.
-------------------------------------------------
"Thank you for submitting the example.
I could reproduce the issue. Looking at the Multisample editor, It seems that only the right side of the sample ("_R") gets imported.
Indeed the .sf2 format is a bit tricky when it comes to stereo, as it does not use actual stereo samples, but split mono samples.
we will investigste the issue!"
-------------------------------------------------
So probably in the future this problem will be solved, which I hope because I have a lot of libraries in sf2 format. For now I'm using a free TX16wx sampler that plays sf2 files correctly.
