Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I was wondering if anybody here would like to see Link added to Tracktion Waveform in the near future?As you probably know, iOS now have a ton off quality apps with Link support and a ton of people buying music apps for iOS, still no app supports multitake comping. That's where YOU come in. Being able to sync and track into Waveform would be HUGE, and could potentially bring a massive influx of iOS users.
Currently Reason is the only major DAW that have added Link, except Bitwig and very few minor ones. Reason is cool, they have multi-take comping which Ableh-ton doesn't have, but it gets very time-consuming, CONFUSING
and expensive; not an ideal DAW.
Waveform on the other hand marries all the good things that makes a DAW effective and fun to use, and it's so easy and intuitive to grasp, I just love it! Can't wait for the features of 11!
And so my plea to you Dave, will you consider adding Link, in the near future. I've finally found my perfect DAW, and it's Waveform. Adding Link would make it miles better than any other DAW currently on the planet, and that's no lie.
