[DRUMS]: How to achieve this sound using software\VST?

What about the sound specifically are you having trouble achieving? Maybe post an example of where you're at so far and I'll see if I can help.

I don't hear anything special about the sound itself...it's just an acoustic drum kit.
Maybe you talking about the specific arrangement?
If that's the case, then just try to seperate the different parts of the kit (kick/snare/hihat/cymbals etc) and try to focus on what each part is doing.
