Disable plugin via MiDi CC? (HostingAU)

Firstly, this plugin has been great for my workflow. Thank you for all your work on it!
I currently route system audio though it for headphone correction and testing some hrtf audio plugins. I use virtual MiDi CCs to switch between my headphone and speaker presets. Some plugins don't seem to have an assignable bypass function.
So, is it possible to map MIDI cc to disable a plugin slot on the channel itself?

It isn't, but a feature that should be on

I tried if VoiceOver works for this purpose, but I can't locate the bypass button hmm... just in case if you were ok to use the bypass buttons through keyboard (like using keyboard short cut).
