Moved Shreddage 3 directory

I moved my Shreddage 3 to another disk. I am able to update in Native Access, but in Pulse it just says install. It will not let me update the directory, it keeps prompting me to download. How can I update the directory in Pulse?

I was going to give some terrible advice on what to try, but I've had to contact Pulse support once before. They were actually quite responsive, so I would shoot them an email. Seriously.

Hi there, please ensure you're using the latest version of Pulse (hover over the icon and make sure it says v40.0.11). Then in Pulse, click on your product image, then click on the "Re-locate" button. That will bring up a dialogue screen asking you to select the new location where you moved your product to.
