Yep! I am a bit puzzled about the prize money however. When I donated $20 the prize was $1,080 and I remembered thinking it was fun to tip it over to $1,100. But quite a while after it was still $1,080. After many weeks it's now $1,120. If the numbers are updated very slowly, fair enough. Would have hoped for a bit more interest though! Come on you lurkers....

Ben : this is alex from WEPA AUDIO, i submitted my entry couple of day ago, it show a seal of aproved for the competition, but i dont see it live, because im new i didnt know how to make it live, it always show as draft, so i add it in the market place, i dont know if that its the problem, you can take it out of the market and add it to the competition? its called torna mesa, if thats not posible can i add another? i really was looking foward to participate.thanx

it might've been. Or maybe some other glitch. I just tried downloading the plugins you mentioned as well as some others, and it worked for me.

edit: ah, the download buttons that are provided on the DC2021 page are in fact inconsistent/don't work (you were right). The download links that are located directly on each plugin's individual page do seem to work though.

ohh nice find, that method just worked for me too.

About 6 downloads are working for me on win7 x86 with no service packs or dot net

I like grainstrain, with its lack of presets, I can dial in some wacky glitch sounds and trigger it on and off by the host.

Dl 1.0x is also a good one, wacky synth leads and plenty of good presets.

I have submitted my entry and marked it as KVRDC2021 when I write the product description about a week ago and it's not live by default. Today I found that my entry is live (as KVRDC2021's rule suggested) BUT I don't see my plugin as an entry on KVRDC2021 here: https://www.kvraudio.com/kvr-developer-challenge/2021/).

Your entry does not appear to be a new product released exclusively for the KVR Developer Challenge. The product has been on your site for several months. So I removed the DC20201 tag and just set it live for you.

Regarding Chrome and downloads:

The links all work. It was Chrome being "helpful".

Chrome should have displayed a "download blocked" notification top right of the address bar stating something like "this site attempted to download multiple files automatically". Basically it lets you download one file then blocks all others until you refresh the page or choose to open the link in a new tab / window.

To get around this I've set all download to open in a new window / tab, which Chrome is OK with.
