FREE VREV-666 VINTAGE SPRING REVERB RELEASE

Image

STEEL WIRE STYLE!

The VREV-666 is an incredibly rare spring reverb from the 1960s that was initially designed to alter the apparent acoustic properties of listening environments. Originally built for the BBC, this compact studio legend oozes the typical rich, bouncy, and unpredictable vibe of a true electromechanical reverb in a very authentic way.

AMBIENCE WITH ATTITUDE

The VREV-666 is not the most realistic reverb in the world – and that’s the beauty of it. Sending any signal through its springs will always result in something vibrant and charismatic. It can add an edge to your vocals, dirty ambience to your synth, gritty room tone to your guitar and bass, or some cool finishing textures to your favorite instruments...you name it.

SHINE A LIGHT

Compared to the original hardware which features a single effect gain control, the VREV-666 adds a mix stage, pre-delay of up to 150 ms and a tone EQ which attenuates the pronounced resonance of the spring system in the bass range. A truly musical limiter built around a light bulb helps to tame peaks that would otherwise cause chirping overloads inside the spring tank.

HOST GIFT REDEFINED

While the few available hardware units remain much cherished gems inside the studios of artists and producers, the VREV-666 makes the original vintage character of this juicy spring reverb available for your DAW. And as the best things in life are free, so is this plugin emulation which is brought to you as an exclusive freebie by Fuse Audio Labs!

Cool, thanks but I'm not able to create an account. I fill out the form and click Sign Up and nothing happens. No error message, nothing in the email account I used including spam folder. Maybe your site is getting overloaded now ?

I had the same problem using the latest version of Chrome on Win10. Turning off uBlock Origin solved it, though you've probably already checked your ad blocker.

I signed up in Edge just fine but still got the Invalid Token message. Didn't work at all in Firefox probably because of my security settings. I use Ghostery instead of uBlock. But I was able to sign in despite the error message.

The only invalid token message occurs when using the activation link from the account confirmation email multiple times. This is a one time link and it’s meant to be that way. Please always use the following url to sign in: https://fuseaudiolabs.com/login.html

A very nice gift.

I noticed a couple of things that seem to be different from the video for the 64bit VST3 version in Cubase 11. The video at 2 mins 47 cuts to a GUI that shows L&R, Coupled. I don't see that?

It's not mentioned in the manual either.

Less of an issue, but I'm not seeing the same presets, e.g the Rhodes one isn't there.

Hey this sounds great (in the video, havent had yet time to test)!

Is there a "kick the springdelay" function in this? Not that I see quickly. I mean when you move it, tap it, etc. it still makes it sound. :) That would be nice addition, but its Free so ..

I got the invalid token thing too, and I could neither log in at that point, nor would I receive another email if I resubmitted my data.

And then, 3 minutes later, I was able to log in. So maybe there's a delay between the server receiving the confirmation and the account actually being accessible.

I would suggest some sort of alternative message if you resubmit the same data to create another account (hoping for an email with a link that works). The default states that you will receive an email, which is misleading (none is sent). "An account with the same information already exists" or something along those lines. Possibly with a note that it may take a few minutes after following the confirmation link for the account to be available for log in. I'd also suggest that you add something to the email to make it clear that you might need to just be patient for a minute or two after clicking the link, if the issue isn't an easy 3 minute fix.

That's a Logic feature, so it's not a part of the plugin, Sorry.
