ERA II ML CROSSGRADE won't register

Please, excuse my english and please help me.
I have in my account list of product
Forest Kingdom,
Ancient Era Persia
Celtic ERA
but cannot register this now one, purchased in crossgrade version.
When i try put my product code in register section of Best service site, i receive :
"The serial number is invalid. Please verify and correct your input."
ANy idea?
P.S. All my software are regular and purchased

Hi Bonaveri,

Do you have already contacted support[at]bestservice.de about this issue? Normally this only happens if you aren´t eligible for the crossgrade.

The easiest way is to contact the support the take a deeper look into it.
