Download problems

I bought a Chris Hein library that comes in 14 download files. The first four downloaded without problem. Then I got the message:

"Sorry we have to say this, but our servers need a short break. Would you please try again in a few minutes?"

I've tried repeatedly for the last 5 hours, but still cannot download my purchase.

Having the same problem with a different library... except none of the files are working.

I'm also having the same issue. Been trying for around 6 hours to download Emotional Cello and I get the same message.

I finally got them downloaded this morning. I hope you guys experienced the same luck
