TX16W appears as instrument in MPC SOFTWARE DAW

during the plug-in scan process in the mpc software program, the TX16W shows up an instrument and not an insert effect. because of the akai workflow i have to open it like a plugin instrument and makes it useless. unlike other daws im not able to change it so it can show up as an insert effect. other than using another daw, is there a way to get it to show like Decimort 2, or the RX950 type sampler emulators? My setup is 2018 mac mini, big sur osx, and all my daws, and plugins are the latest versions to date.

I think the case that TX16Wx _is_ an instrument might somewhat contradict your desire for it to show as something else...

Is it possible that in MPC there is no way to route audio to an instrument plugin? Therefore no way to use TX16Wx to record your own samples. I think there are other DAWs with this limitation.
