Some keys do not work?

Hi, everyone. I recently picked up a (new to me) Linnstrument and am eager to join the club.

I'm having a problem, though. Some of the keys don't seem to want to activate. It's very strange. When you press them directly from overhead, you get no response. But sometimes if you press in from the very outer edge of the key, you can get them to respond. I'm including a video to show you what I'm talking about:

I can say that the problem in your video appears to be the same as described on the LinnStrument FAQ page, "Problems" tab, this FAQ:

"Around 3 to 5 pads at one end of one row aren't responding, or only respond to touches in a portion of the pad. What's wrong? "
