I'm kinda waiting a video from Chandler, cause i don't get the difference between a mid-side processing and what this plugin should do, and where is supposed to be useful

What is generally referred to as mid-side is actually the sum (mid) and difference (side) between the left and right channel.

Signals, that are in phase between the left and right channel are generally perceived to be in the center, and when you sum two waves that are in phase, they double in amplitude, where as the waves that are out of phase cancel each other. That's why the sum is similar to the mid of the signal. Subtracting the left and right signal (difference) then cancels out waves that are in phase and doubles those that are out of phase, which gives you the side of the signal.

However, this approach doesn't always work. For example, if you pan a signal hard-right and then sum the channels, it will tell you there's a signal in the center, since there's nothing on the left channel to cancel the audio in the in the right channel.

MCenter seems to employ a more intelligent way to separate the mid and center parts of a signal, but it doesn't really say how, as far as I can tell.

Thank you very much for the explanation, it's very clear!

I need it explained like I'm .5

Just tried MCenter on a full mix just before the output limiter with the "Dynamic stereo control" preset and it seemed to glue the mix together.
I think its very good. Thanks Vojtech.

I don't see the separate left and right controls in MCenter...
