I can't activate my SynthMaster license because I can't type in the key file request dialog

I'm reinstalling SynthMaster and I'm unable to type anything in the request dialog that pops up when validating. When I try typing in my serial number or email it just reacts to my desktop instead of the license window.

Does anyone have any tips? I can't use the synth because it isn't activated

Did you try following the instructions on that screenshot and downloading the license key file at the address they show, and putting it in the right folder?
