Hi there.. I spent a lot of time writing out some serious bugs I found with Pro Tools and the synthmaster everything package, and the email is showing in my support section for 3 weeks without an answer. I am not sure what to do to get a reply.
Maybe it's because you've been really busy with version 3? I can understand that, of course, and look forwards to trying it myself.
Synthmaster to me, and ONE btw, are the hidden gems of the synth plugin world. I love the way they sound and I can always get something I need from them.
The problem is that they are just not working properly in Pro Tools (2024.6, Win 11 23H2 just fresh installed 5 days ago with partition format and fresh OS install, Nvidia RTX 4090m, Internal Samsung SSD, Arturia AudioFuse) at all, with various problems, *especially* synthmaster ONE, which is a real shame because that one is a lot more immediate and easier to edit and the one I gravitate towards when I need a sound fast.
Would it be more appropriate to write the full bug report here instead? Just not sure what to do, don't want to step on any toes, and I am generally really patient, but 3 weeks is quite long - especially because when I had an inquiry with an intention to purchase I was answered within hours.
Support? Pro Tools.

Hi, just want to add to be completely fair that I downloaded Synthmaster 3 earlier today as I have the everything bundle, and since it can play SM ONE sounds it's a good alternative for now and seems to be working well in Pro Tools. The thing is I love the white SM ONE GUI and SM3 doesn't have skins - yet. I presume they are coming though.
No error messages like SM ONE (every time it's inserted in pro tools it throws a 20026 error and that includes when reloading a project using it, 100% of the time, the VST3 in patchwork AAX is the only way to work around this) and the phantom midi issue of SM2 and SM Player hasn't happened yet, touch wood (things just start playing on their own randomly when I am not touching the keyboard at all, it's just a few notes here and there from random patches too and the standalones do it also, not just the AAX)!
These are the two things I contacted support about and still no reply, but at least just using SM3 is a workaround for now - but it doesn't help with loading older projects using the earlier stuff. Still, I am going to convert them to SM3 and see how I go.
7 THOUSAND sounds to go through LOL. What a playground not to mention making my own sounds. As Penny would say (from the show Miranda), SUCH FUN!
