Synthmaster 3 stand alone not opening ..windows 10

Hi
I'm in big trouble with the last update for synthmaster 3.
I installed following the normal procedure on my pc Windows 10 pro.
Neither standalone version nor vst plugins are working.
I tried different things, removjng older versions 1 and 2, puting vst in other folders.
Flstudio or reaper daw can't load the synthmaster vst or vst3 plugins.

Any idea?

Hey guys. How are you doing with your issues? Have they been fixed? Have there been any updates?
I'm thinking of upgrading from Synthmaster 2 to Synthmaster 3, but I'm a bit worried I'll only get a worse version of the synth, in terms of stability and bugs. Will the developer ever respond on this forum? I'm starting to get the impression the product is abandoned. It's a shame if that's the case, because I liked Synthmaster 2.
I don't even know whether to buy the update. I also have WN10.
