No VST3 of SM One, SM2 FX and no FX VST at all for SM3...and how to use the vocoder in SM3???

While both SM ONE and SM2.9 synths have VST3 options, it seems their effects version do not? Why?

Worse, SM3 has no effect plugin? So how do I setup and use the vocoder within the SM3 synth?

Oh, and how about a manual for SM3?

Update: I did get the vocoder going via Layer FX but would be nice to see some video tutorial or good written doc for the best procedure. There are other areas the vocoder is available but I haven't managed to get it working in any of them.
