Talkie is small-efficient-fun way to turn frequency-rich signals into vowel-like sounds.

Talkie uses a series of filters modeled to emulate the tones that are heard in the voice, such as "Ahhh" or "OooOoo."

Talkie pairs great with a sample rate reduction sound effect and a frequency-rich sound wave, such as a sawtooth.
