Big Tick Rhino updated to v1.07

Big Tick have updated Rhino to v1.07 and also added two new banks of sounds!

New in v1.07:

• Improved additive generator, with up to 64 harmonics and a brand new user interface.
• Resynthesis feature, to load a wav file into the additive editor.
• Overdrive effect.
• Effects settings can be loaded and saved separately.
• New "phase" envelope, useful to make PWM effects without using an additional oscillator.
• DC offset remover option.
• Use arrow keys to move around presets.
• Various performance optimizations.

Bug fixes:

• Envelope times were shorter at higher sample rates.
• Stuck notes in mono mode.
• Random crashes in mono mode.
