Causal Agency Additive Synth - new version & source code GPL'ed

Causal Agency have compiled a new version of Additive Synth that should run almost twice as fast as the previous version that was accidentally released in debug mode!

They have also updated the source code, which is free to download and is now distributed under the GNU GPL.
