Expert Sleepers updates Silent Way, Oomingmak, Little Spacey, Meringue and Augustus Loop and releases Silent Way Voice Controller Rack Extension

Expert Sleepers

Expert Sleepers recently updated several of their plug-ins and released Silent Way Voice Controller Rack Extension.

Silent Way Voice Controller Rack Extension, €15, allows you to control your analog synths directly from Reason, in conjunction with a DC-coupled audio interface or an Expert Sleepers hardware module. Think of it as a MIDI/CV converter on steroids - but one that is sample accurate, free of jitter, and which automatically calibrates for perfect tuning. The Voice Controller is the first element of the Silent Way suite to become a Rack Extension. Look out for others joining it soon.

Silent Way v2.2.2 (Mac OS X):

  • v2.2.2 (AU & VST): fixed an issue with some 64-bit hosts, notably Presonus Studio One.
  • v2.2.1 (AAX): 32 & 64-bit release compatible with ProTools 11, as well as maintaining compatibility with ProTools 10.3.6.

Oomingmak v1.1.1 (Mac OS X AU & VST):

  • 64-bit VST compatibility.

Little Spacey v1.1.0 (Mac OS X AU & VST):

  • 64-bit compatibility.

Meringue v2.1.0 (Mac OS X AU & VST):

  • 64-bit compatibility.

Augustus Loop v2.4.0 (Windows VST, 32 & 64-bit):

  • This is a maintenance release that rolls up a lot of minor enhancements and stability improvements to the code shared with Silent Way v2.
