Fracture Sounds has released the 7th instrument in their Blueprint series, Gentle Strings, which contains a single long con sordino (muted) articulation. The chamber-sized ensemble was recorded at The Nave, Studio 1, and the free pack allows for mixing between three different microphone positions allowing users to explore the recording space used to record other products such as Tom Factory.
It follows on from their other Blueprint: Gentle Winds, which resulted from the experiments conducted for their collaboration with Dan Keen on their Petrichor: Earthy Winds library.
Like Gentle Winds, the Strings are also connected to a library in their range of commercial instruments which they are releasing on Tuesday 21st May 2024.
Gentle Strings works in the free player version of Kontakt 7, which requires installation via Native Access 2.
