J74 has updated the Max for Live device Progressive to version 3.0.
The new version adds new functionality to the Chord Progression Editor and to the Clip Modifier, a new Live Mode and a new view, the Chord Explorer.
New features in version 3.0:
- New Live Mode for real-time sequencing of chords in the progression (without needing MIDI clips).
- New Chord Explorer window, shows all the chords available, allows quick test MIDI mapping.
- New Custom Scale options, the scale can now be edited.
- New Grid Split function in Clip Modifier, to split the notes based on the grid length for rhythmic effects.
