Not exactly about plugins, but interesting nonetheless, the Propellerheads announced today that they have opened the REX2 sample data format to allow file playback by any third party applications.
In the past developers had to apply for a license, and were not guaranteed to get one, but now as an open format any manufacturer, large or small, can support REX2 playback in their applications. Which is good news for us!
