Fixed bugs:
- Internal error when select a pasted sub-patch.
- Mouse wheel now works on controls.
- Faster control panel refresh.
- Switch to Grid mode in a sub patch.
- Switch to sequencer mode in a sub patch.
- Sometime the preset panel disappear from the control panel.
Other:
- Blend effect disabled to avoid CPU overload.
