Steinberg HALion v1.13 released

Steinberg have updated HALion to v1.13 for Windows and MacOS:

• Change in MegaTrigg : GenPurp5 (VcfEnvAmount) [80] => 80. GenPurp5 (VcfEnvAmount).
• Fix leak in file managing.
• Fix clicks which was sometime on stereo file with best resampling quality.
• Fix clicks on attack pb with fatness.
• Add Soundforge as external editor if present.
• Fix when cancel "Replace sample".

Known issues:

• When editing a sample in WaveLab you have to "unload" the sample in HALion before you save it in WaveLab.
• There can be no output if using to many programs with too low RAM. move the preload RAM slider in the options page to get output again.
