Twiddle Coding updates Mindful Harmony - Drag & Drop, Template Modulations, and more
Twiddle Coding has updated Mindful Harmony, a free composing web app designed to help you become mindful of harmony.
Changes:
- Drag & drop: Each chord appears as a card that can be moved around the progression. Easily experiment with different lines.
- Modulation templates: Are you, like many, struggling with modulating between keys? Try the new modulation progressions in Mindful Harmony. Pick a starting key and a destination key and get suggestions on how to make smooth-sounding modulations.
- Altered chords: Chords that are non-diatonic to the current scale but that can be useful now appear in the chord selector.
- Looping & playback changes: It is now possible to loop the progression and to forward the playback to any chord by clicking on it.
- Expanded chord localization: When a chord is played/hovered on, every place in the circle of fifths that the chord can be found will light up.
- Sounds: The sounds have been reworked with new sound sources and effect chains.
