United Plugins, who launched the company with three products (Hyperspace, FireCobra and Royal Compressor) in June, have announced that they have updated their plugins to version 1.2.
This update fixes known issues and brings several performance and cross-platform stability improvements. Also, Windows 7 (which is not officially supported) compatibility has been improved and fixed.
Hyperspace is an algorithmic reverb allowing the user to create algorithms made up of various processors. Vintage, Classic, Retro, Modern, Sci-Fi and Cosmic modes let you combine various algorithms.
FireCobra intelligently analyses the audio signal and makes it sound punchier, more powerful and better in general. It makes the mixes better with nearly no time wasted on setting it up.
Royal Compressor also joins the updated "company" but another major update with extra features is to be expected very soon. Inspired by a model of the classic British device from the Beatles era used on hundreds of record since the sixties Royal Compressor delivers true vintage analogue sound and feel, pleasant saturation and sensitive compression.
