FXpansion presents DCAM FreeComp, a free circuit-modelled compression plugin in VST, AU or RTAS formats. DCAM FreeComp is a realistic model of a classic console bus compressor design, designed to gel subgroups and entire mixes together while enhancing punch and definition. It's also excellent at taming peaks in individual tracks and instruments, creative sculpting and heavy, pumping compression effects.

This thing sound great It looks kinda funny being bright pink. but that is just what it looks like. so far I find its a smooth punchy and clean comp. Perfect for bus or track uses, Now no release control sucks for control freaks. But at the same time it keeps things simple making things easy and fast for us. now thats about it really no vintage saturation or crazy things about it

its clean smooth sounds great and for mac and pc

the only real down side is no release control but so far its more than a good comp from my uses.

its stable and sounds great what more can we ask for when something is free

It's glue my mixes so much real like ssl bus compressor, i love this plugin 64-bit free download!!.

I believe that it's kind of VCA buss compressor more like, UAD precision buss compressor free plugin into SSL style looks like. Because, it's had output and input, the mix glue sounds like no tomorrow, I just very love this plugin 64-bit, but I think if it is work like the UAD precision buss compressor plugin i just don't know, im not sure for sure, because I don't have UAD precision buss compressor plugin.

There someone can please, to check about the precision buss compressor & free comp, i need to know the differences between them in the sound, please, i really be happy if you do that for me and everyone, because I don't have UAD precision buss compressor plugin, love u guys.
