The recreation of a rare suitcase model electric piano used by many famous rock bands in the early '70s.
Electrix is the result of more than 1,200 hours of develop and testing. Native 64-bit and perfectly balanced to fit into any professional mix. Available for Mac and PC, VSTi, AU and Standalone versions are included.
Electrix Piano is a sound modeled instrument and was made recreating every single detail from a legendary EP. Main sound, noises, releases, tines, resonance and effects has been carefully integrated into a serious dynamic range instrument.
A superb electric piano from the '70s. It uses forks strucked by hammers and electronically converts vibrations transmitted to a transistorised amplifier.
Sound can be described as a half-way between tines and reed, but with a vintage dirty touch.

I've been extremely satisfied with Spectrasonics Keyscape for most of my electric keyboard needs (best Rhodes by a long shot), but Sampleson surprised me with this Electrix offering. It adds something unique instead of trying to compete with Keyscape. Electrix sounds gorgeous to me.

This is a remarkable keyboard instrument for $20! I don't have anything else in my collection that's as creamy, organic and true to analog.
Fantastic musicality and emotional sound.
Nobody has been skeptical it took 1,200 hours to perfect this eternal classic, and I won't be the first.
I'd give it a solid 5 out of 5, but it's more like 10 out of 10. Buy this before they come to their senses.
