I've used Gatelab with Reaper on a Mac. I really like the what this does and it sounds great! Unfortunately every time you load the project it will not effect the track until you open the plugin, even though it is not bypassed. On rare occasions it ended up generating weird artifacts as well that would only stop by shutting down Reaper. Great idea, just not quite there yet.
This app is great but Ableton Live crash to many times with this message : A serious problem make Ableton CRASH and have to close... Until the moment, my project won't open anymore...
This is a great gate, useful and fun too. Do what your plan was or just hit the random button, the results are nice. One star minus because of the GUI, some labels are very hard to read. Grey text on a grey surface...why??? Same thing in the actual version of Playbeat, the old GUI was much more usable.
