Gimmick is a new synthesizer with a new synthesis method. It generates oscillator waveform by considering how many times to twist.

Highlights:

Gimmick is now semi-modular-ed. Newly added modulator section lets you move the oscillator handle points neatly.
Plus FM synthesis. You can even frequency-modulate Gimmick oscillator. So you can use a waveform that you made as a carrier operator.
Comes with Standalone and AU plugin. Standalone base has been designed from scratch to avoid all possible intermediates and latency.

Technology:

Gimmick oscillator lets you draw a waveform as you like. And it plays the waveform as it's drawn. No pre-recorded samples or waveforms are inside.

It draws waveform by setting how many times to twist it in a cycle, then divides it by scanning Up and Down direction, finally player can determine positions of each turning points.
