J74 Progressive SE (Standalone Edition)

J74 Progressive SE (Standalone Edition) is a desktop application for Windows and Mac specialized in chord progression making. It is capable of producing extremely realistic chord progressions and arpeggios directly as MIDI files and can be used with any Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) supporting MIDI and MIDI files import.

The package includes:

• The Chord Progression Editor, which works by modeling composition techniques (e.g. diatonic method) and performance styles (arpeggio, humanized timing and dynamics) and allows you to build realistic chord progressions and arpeggios.
• The Chord Explorer which gives an overview of all available chords and allows jamming by MIDI mapping of the chord buttons.
• The Circle of Fifths view useful for planning modal changes of key or borrowed chords.
