MSAT-MULTI

A versatile multiband saturator with intuitive visual display controls, that offers up to six bands of separation. Each band is provided with six types of standard waveshaper saturation algorithms, including:

• None – no saturation applied.
• Soft Clip – an arctan soft clip approximation.
• Hard Clip – a hard clipping function.
• Tube – a tube approximation.
• Tape – a cubic algorithm that approximates tape saturation.
• Half Rectify – zeroes the negative half of the signal.
• Full Rectify – makes the negatives positive.

Additionally, four polynomial saturators for the even harmonic variants. These introduce some unique sounding harmonics that really shine when used in multiband saturator mode. Plus, each band includes high pass filter, low pass filter, level, mix, oversampling and compensation gain controls. Add/remove frequency bands and adjust the saturation sound to suit by select from 10 types of saturation and then adjusting the sound using the high pass, low pass, level, mix and output gain knobs. Apply up to 16X oversampling to compensate for any aliasing. Moreover, Solo or deactivate each band to hear the differences and sculpt your own sound. Additionally, change the frequency cutoffs by using the visual display. Additionally, adjust the output gain in the visual display. Adjust the frequency bands and band output gain in the visual display.

Additional features

• Global output controls including gain, wet/dry mix and bypass. Use the 'BAND|OUTPUT' toggle to switch control views.
• Moreover, AB comparison functionality is included allowing different settings to be compared to find the perfect harmonic balance.
• Furthermore, the plugin has a number of presets for drums, bass, vocals and guitar and master. These can be used as starting points to craft your own saturation.
