Overworld Adventures: Notes is a collection of NES-style 8-bit sample instruments inspired by the music of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. This pack reflects the distinct tonal shift introduced by the game, with a stronger emphasis on vibrato-rich sounds and a more melodic, expressive style of music compared to the original Zelda soundtrack. The instruments in this pack are based on the themes used for its overworld towns, side-scrolling combat stages, and tense dungeon sequences. It includes vibrato-infused stab instruments, basses, and a small selection of noise-based snare drum samples.
