PhantomTrack

PhantomTrack is a generative creative effect that conjures an ethereal companion layer out of the audio already playing in your session.

Place one instance on a source track to send its signal into PhantomTrack's shared bus, and another instance on a second track to receive PhantomTrack then synthesises a living, evolving "phantom" built from the cross-pollination of those tracks. Feed it a drum loop and a melodic part and it weaves them into shimmering pads, haunted granular rhythms and cavernous drones that breathe with your music.

At the center of the interface is an XY morph pad with four sonic anchors : WHISPER (crystalline high shimmer), POLTERGEIST (dirty, stuttering, saturated rhythm), ABYSS (sympathetic resonator drone) and MONOLITH (dense cinematic wall). As you move across the pad, three synthesis engines blend continuously beneath it: a pitch-tracked Harmonic cloud (melodic, additive), Rhythmic granular echoes that are triggered by transients and built from your other tracks' material (cross-source), and a Spectral Wash for texture, air and resonance.

The result is atmospheric, alive and gratifyingly unpredictable : equally at home creating ambient beds, cinematic tension, evolving textures and experimental sound design.
