Real Hardware, Sampled By Hand

Every sound in Synth Anthology 5 begins with the original hardware. Each machine is sourced, serviced, and captured through high-end signal chains, then expertly programmed and edited by UVI's own sound design team. At a time when many instruments lean on modeling and AI to approximate these sounds, Synth Anthology 5 takes the more demanding path: real circuits, real voices, real character, captured faithfully. The result is 300 synthesizers, 6,000 sounds and presets, every one carrying the unmistakable energy of the hardware it came from.

An Engine That Goes Beyond The Hardware

Hardware sound is only half the story. The other half is what its engine lets you do with it: a creative dimension found in neither the original hardware nor anywhere else in software. At its core is a dual-layer architecture that combines any two of the 300 synthesizers into a single hybrid voice, with the blend itself fully modulatable. A Proximity Explorer analyzes the sound you have loaded and instantly surfaces eight related voices to audition and remix, turning a 5,000+ preset library into a guided path of discovery. And the new Analog Drift control reintroduces the small, living instabilities of vintage circuitry, the imperfections that make hardware feel alive, at the turn of a single control.
