Tape Drums Vol II is a collection of some of Samples From Mars's drum machine sampling efforts from 2015 - the DX From Mars, Modern Oddities, and Modded 606. All drums have been multi-sampled to tape and converted to 24-bit WAV samples, which can be used standalone or in instruments for Ableton, Logic, and Kontakt that come with the bundle.

  • 100% hardware processing - no plugin processing.
  • DX, Pocket Operator, and Modded 606 Samples.
  • DX From Mars Custom Kontakt GUI and Step Sequencer.
  • Fully mapped Ableton 9 Drum Racks, Logic & Kontakt Instruments.
  • Recorded with Class A studio gear including: SSL, Neve, API, Otari, Overstayer & more.
  • All drums are truly tape saturated (no emulation).
  • Pitch and processing variations of every drum hit.

Requirements:

  • For custom Ableton drum racks: Ableton Live 9.5 (Not Intro).
  • For custom Kontakt instruments: Kontakt 4+ (Not Player).
