VU8

VU8 is a (7.1) 8 channel high precision meter. It can be used as Peak meter, Program Peak meter, VU meter or Power meter with integration times from 1 sample to 1 second and decay times from 1 sample to 10 seconds. The meter headroom can be adjusted in 0.1 dB steps from 0 to –20 dBfs.

Each preset comes with two independent meter settings for a quick change of meter style. Each VU meter comes with an over-hold LED. It is possible to control the correlation between all channel-combinations by setting a routing matrix. Each VU meter can be switched on/off to save CPU, so it can also be used as a 5.1 or Stereo VU.
