The Weaver Frequency Shifter uses two stages of sine modulation in quadrature to produce a frequency shift effect. This is combined with a low- and high-pass filtered stereo delay line to produce shift cascade effects, and an LFO which can be assigned to three targets simultaneously.

This VST effect is included in the xoxos Effects Suite.
