For me, by far the best Dynamic EQ that's free.
Did you know that it also supports Upward Expansion? Lower the ratio of the band below 1:1. Need I say more?
Read ReviewHands down, one of the best free pitch-correction plugins.
I use it all the time, with subtle settings, especially during tracking vocals, during playback.
Once a dry vocal take is recorded, enable it during playback, and watch the singer's eyes glow on how well they have sung, as they can't even tell it's there. Gives them confidence and I end up with great vocal takes. Try it.

When it was released, I did try it out, but the effect was so subtle, you kept wanting to push 100% as you could not tell if it was doing anything.
No wonder it's gone.
Read ReviewCouture is a great shaper for drums and especially percussions. I use it most of the time to add punch or snappiness to the tracks.
I have seen videos of people using it on a master bus, but I'm not sure that is the correct use of this plugin.
Response from Guillaume Piolat from Auburn Sounds on January 31st, 2023
We put that in an example on the website, but I agree it can be a bit much on the master bus especially with comple dynamics Couture will struggle. This can be appropriate on the master bus for a dance mix before a limiter or clipper, to smash it more.

One star is even too much for this free software.
I can totally understand the limitations, it's an intro to Pro Tools, but the hours you put in into a project, only to lose it, is not acceptable.
All the cryptic local project saving is another 'feature' you don't want, as you can't even backup your project.
