Fragmental is a good free multi-FX for FSU exploration. There are 6 FXs, and you can easily re-route them in real-time to serial, parallel or a mix of serial and parallel. The 3 most interesting FXs are spectral: Transpose, Exaggerate and Accumulate.
Well, this is one hell of a free tool to use. Frequency Modulation and Ring Modulation and Amplitude Modulation. Very nice results come out of this. GUI is a bit confusing at first but is simple once you tweak on the knobs enough to figure out what you are pressing. It isn't gaudy. I haven't checked the documentation on it so I can't really comment on the documentation. The presets are more helpful in understanding in what it can do, rather than the actual use in your works. I haven't come across any crashing or anything along those lines.
All round a very cool tool to have and use especially in the more noisier genres such as metal or gabber and terrorcore.Read Review
This is currently my favorite effects plugin. I have TONS... but this one is soooo cool.
I like it's various modulation routing settings. It's the plugin I know of that is able to do the FM functions it can do on incoming audio signal. Seriousely a sweet plug for experimental.
I've been running my guitar through it for synth like control of pitch and, of course, Amplitude and Ring modulation. The interface is REALLY nice especially for something free! This is truly a gem in the ever expanding list of amazing freebies. Whoever you are that made this... I love you.Read Review
