updated network adapter drivers,monitor drivers and reinstalled RME drivers no spikes tested with 24 plugins in use network connection and virus scan in background(malwarebytes)plus this cpu is way below in terms of power amd FX 8320 32GB DDR3 WIN 10 pro :) :)
