I've shared a project with support and have asked them to advice. I'll share it here if anyone would like to help. I could be doing it wrong. This project has a file I recorded with very clear and obvious transients. Bitwig does not detect the onsets. This halts any workflow where I'd like to split this clip at the onsets.

I can confirm that Bitwig doesn't see onsets in this file, but at the same time I opened a file I myself recorded and it finds them no problem, also I just recorded myself speaking and it works, too.
