Thanks for the alternative link - can people please not use Rapidshare or any site with stupid word recognition stuff - it's just impossible for anyone with Dyslexia.

i like to use rapdishare - its the fastest way to upload a file for free. i know on an other payed server its better but not all people can buy webspace and traffic. it would great to have a zebra-fan who can mirror all patches as a great archive on his server. (or can urs make that happen

I just find it impossible to do their latest way of foiling the spambots - it takes all my concentration to manage the standard letter pattern thing but this version is impossible. I tried 3 times and then it reset the counter so I gave up. Some are supposed to have little cats in or something - they all looked the same to me.

I find RapidShare to be one of the most ironic names. Their service is neither rapid nor very sharing.

I've occasionally thought of doing that. Main problem is so far I haven't been diligent enough to grab everything (particularly the ones that come from some of the file sharing services, I'm a bit wary of some of the more obscure ones coz they sound like a recipe for a drive-by-download). Also, not too sure whether all the original authors would be happy with them being mirrored.

It's not about foiling spambots, they want to harass users into using their paid offers by delays and silly picture quizzes.
