Mind you that Void is not cheap, the onboard patches are rather poor, illustrative and don't do any justice to the synth; lots of harsh unpolished sounds. And not at least that is hasn't been updated since 2005.
Added to the list, not sure about your other examples but let's see.

I just remembered another sh101 emu, but I don't think it should be in the list at all, since it's abandoned. Just here for the sake of completion. TC Electronic PowerCore 01:

Added. Will try to add the other iOS stuff too, at least those who seem to be "real" emulations.
Not every synth which includes a Supersaw/Hypersaw oscillator is also a proper JP-8000 emulation.
So far the most proper emulation seems to be JP6K but this misses several features like additional waveforms, FeedbackOsc etc. so in fact there is no full JP-8000 emulations so far...

To be fair and square I think a good deal of the listed are not really emulations but rather inspired or conceptual related to Roland gear. But I guess it is as good as it gets. Roland should have entered the VST market ages ago and made some emulations.

How about the abl2 rack extension to Reason?

Orion monobass is not listed either. I know they are native formats but so are the iOS stuff.

How about Reaktor ensembles? Isn't there a juno among them?

Cheers

Isn't this a Roland emulation?

THere is Marvin, a japanese guy who makes nice (and free) emulations of Roland Drum machines : you will find the Tr-808, tr-909, and also Retronic, a somewhat clone of the CR-78 (i think).
Forgetten Keys does a great CR-78 for Kontakt.

d16 Phosycon does the best 303. Lets see what their SH-101 brings to the table.

Anybody with a D-50 using Tubeohm Vintage?

Added the ABL2 rack extension and Orion monobass (+ Orion Pro-9) even if it's a synth that is included with Orion only.
There are already tons of other TB-303 emulations in the list where the best seem to be Phoscyon and ABL2.

D16 currently got a sale for 30% off so Phoscyon is only 41.30 Euros:
http://www.d16.pl/index.php?menu=3
This price is less than Tekky Synths Acidic which is currently 45 Euros:

I have not checked the Reaktor ensembles yet but i guess i'll do later. Anyway at the first version of my list i only included native plugins (except the UAd ones) and i didn't think about iOS or Reason plugins then...

About the quality of each of the plugins we could discuss endlessly. My own preference you could see by the plugins i own myself which are the ones marked with yellow color. Of course i prefer TAL-UNO-LX over the old U-NO-62 but i still got both. I'll delete the old U-NO-62 soon maybe.

UPDATE:
Added some Reaktor ensembles to the list now.

Good question, good answers. I had the same issues with my list.

I do miss a synth on that list however. Sad that I lost my research backups, but I think it was a JP/X-8 or JP/X-10 type synth. It's main selling point were the filters, looked modern (with a huge knob in the top middle), was blue-greyish, was for Windows (only, IIRC).

Don't know it's name though.

I have added a few sample packs (Jupiter 4, D-50) and links for audio demos (mostly from Synthmania) of the real synths (Jupiter 8, Juno-60, Juno-106, D-50, JX-8P, JX-3P, SH-101, JP-8000) to the list.

Good idea. It looks like a killer list now.
I see you have linked DIVA, a general emulator so to speak, and thought of the OP-X pro as well, because of it's JP8 library? Since it basically is an Oberheim emulation, this might be pushing the idea too far however?

Cheers

Diva contains modules of the Jupiter 8, Jupiter 6, Juno and alpha juno so i think it deserves a place in the list. I have not added OP-X Pro II so far but i'll think about it as sound wise it seems to get very close to a Jupiter 8 and the features are not too much different.
Maybe i'll add a different chapter for "synths close to Roland" but if i start that the list could get endless...

Yeah. You are right about that. Did not know the thing about DIVA's modules, sounds cool.

D-50 V-Card for V-Synth could count as an emulation/recreation?
