Uhmm, no. Like having Christmas every second day! It would kill the Spirit.
I used to visit the site, not anymore. Spirit is gone.

I was just wondering whether Kong Audio, being based in Beijing and probably focusing on the Chinese market, does Black Friday sales; then I read: "Black Friday is nothing compared to China's Singles Day", which is tomorrow. But that's apparently only over Ali Baba: "Besides third-party agents, Aliexpress is probably Alibaba's only shopping platform that lets you buy in English [...] For the brave souls and multilinguists, you can also score more deals on Tmall or Taobao [...] both of which are only available in Mandarin. Tmall has a page dedicated to 11/11 sales. It's not even a problem if you can't read Chinese -- just have Google translate the entire site for you."

I couldn't find any audio software in a cursory search on Aliexpress but they do have hardware.

Owned the Integral bundle forever, these are my most commonly used.
Puls Tech EQ
LM Amplifier and the rest of the Vintage bundle,
British NEQ and MLC bundle
Cosmos
Magnetic II
Retro Film and Music Tone EQ's
the other FX in Integral are all pretty good, not as good as stuff I have from Sound Toys and PSP Etc. though. IMO the Plus Tech EQ is the stand out, and I'm not that big on color EQs.

I am in the same boat.. I remember reading somewhere that they dont allow license transfer. At the same time, I have seen people selling license for transfer here. Anyone know for sure if License can be transferred?zadillo wrote: ↑Thu Nov 08, 2018 6:09 pmYup, I've been on the fence with Output for a while, but there's at least a few libraries I've genuinely wanted for a while. I got Movement cheap on sale as well so my upgrade price has been $659, which has been tempting. With this current sale my upgrade price is now $401 which basically puts it into no-brainer status for me.

The HY-MBMFX2 seems interesting to me.
Are there any alternative or similar effects?
Wonder if HY-Plugins will have a Black Friday sale
on the bundle.

Multi-band/Multi-FX Processing
It's a multi-band effect. The plugin splits incoming signals
into three frequency bands and processes them separately.
Each frequency band has 5 multi-effect units and 22 effect types.
$36.00 was $48.00
Not sure when the sale ends

Whats the cpu usage like for HY-MBMFX2 ?
For $24 its a no brainer but I have Melda which covers this ground although this looks like it will be quicker to set up and experiment.

I got an email yesterday saying that if you own 1 HY plugin it's $34 and owning 2+ it's $29. Just have to contact him.Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 3:01 pm The HY-MBMFX2 seems interesting to me.

Anyway I think regarding Magma and MBMFX2 the bases are mostly covered by owning the Multipass by KHS (with almost all snapins).
Yes I know Magma can do VST Hosting and has a bit more modulation possibilities, but for me owning 2 of these MultiFX would not help, as I'm only reaching for one mostly. Also BYOME is IMO a whole other thing, with focus on single effect versatility and quality. Where as MBMFX, Magma and Multipass focus on multiband and parallel processing (and their effects are more on the simple side)

Yes Multipass by KHS looks great but to add the snapins can get very expensive. So HY-MBMFX2 pricewise looks very attractive at $36. Saw BYOME interesting but $179 on sale now. Still Multipass by KHS seems the most interesting to me but there may be something I overlooked in BYOME or maybe overlooked at HY-MBMFX2. Need to do some homework.dermage wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 3:19 pmI got an email yesterday saying that if you own 1 HY plugin it's $34 and owning 2+ it's $29. Kilohearts rock big time. Unique and very clear way to set your effects within EQ bands, giving you an unending effects canvas to unleash your creativity. And their effects are top notch. You do get five free ones, so you can start immediately. Don’t forget their amazing synth kHs ONE ($99). Got two myself, so if anyone’s interested, first PM has it for $33.

Uncle E's got Multipass for $49 currently, might be worth getting that and then waiting for an upgrade sale to get The Works.
Although, if I didn't have the KH stuff, I'd probably leap on the Hyakken MFX, seems to have much of the modulation possibilities of Multipass and a similar set of FX for a fraction of the price.

Not sure what will be offered this year, but last year in December you could get The Works for $179 and discount shops like JRR had it for $152.15.shonky wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 5:18 pm Uncle E's got Multipass for $49 currently, might be worth getting that and then waiting for an upgrade sale to get The Works.
